Flibanserin powder is a kind of good raw material of suplements that boosts sex drive for women. Flibanserin was the first drug approved by the FDA in August 2015 for treating premenopausal women with decreased libido (HSDD). It was initially developed as an antidepressant but showed a lack of efficacy in research and was further developed as a sexual hypofunction drug. The mechanism of action of flibanserin is attributed to its high affinity for 5-HTA2 and 5-HTA1 receptors, showing agonist activity to 5-HTA1 and antagonist activity to 5-HTA2, resulting in the decrease of serotonin in the brain and the effect on norepinephrine increase and dopamine neurotransmitter.
